College students' leisure life refers to the sum of the activities and processes in the ir leisure time. Leisure life is an important part of modern higher education. With the shortening of working hours, the increase of leisure time, the creativity of labor itself and the appreciation of the whole society, people's understanding of "life" is more comprehensive and profound. It is always hoped that people will be healthy and ful filled when they are not working, and that life is full of meaning . At present, the leisure time of international students is relatively abundant, but the importance of leisure time is insufficient, and there are widespread phenomena such as unreasonable leisure time schedule s and inefficient implementation of leisure arrangements.
