This thesis explores how the young Chinese people in Hungary think of Chinese glass ceiling and gender relations in daily life. We can see the changes from generation gaps. In the literature review, I generalized some previous studies that relevant to my topic, such as gender ideology, Chinese glass ceiling and current situation, culture and gender inequality, even policy on population, these are important factors to people’s attitude toward current situation in Chinese glass ceiling and gender relations. In order to know the views of the young Chinese people in Hungary, I had eight interviews with the student in Hungary. The main findings are that with the development of society and the popularity of education even population policy, people become more open minded and more receptive in new ideas. The thesis reflects on the difference in generation gap, and also how the young think of glass ceiling and gender relations in modern society.
