Abstract

While we talk or read about Hybrid Warfare, we meet different kinds of concepts, such as non-linear war, 4th generation war, postindustrial war, asymmetric war, and new generation war. Hybrid strategy combines traditional military forces with techniques often associated with paramilitary operations. The study analyzes Russia's actions while the use of hybrid warfare against the European Union. This analysis is crucial for endorsing possible tactics of future Russian intervention. The analysis reveals that Russia uses different tools of Hybrid Warfare in different regions. For better understanding issue study uses case study methodology. The observations also lead to successful outcomes with examples of hybrid threats of the EU countries, the study provides information about Hybrid tactics and narratives from Eastern partners of the EU – Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova that creates challenges on the part of integration process with the EU.
